AUTHORIZATION TO AMEND AGREEMENTS FOR VIRTUAL INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM\nUPGRADE ~AND ADVANCED BACK-UP SYSTEM (FUNDING —~ SOURCE: ~ AMERICAN\nRESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the agreement\nwith Abtech Technologies to include all applicable sales tax to complete the\npurchase of the advanced back-up system and increase appropriations in\nthe ARPA Fund by the same amount; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the agreement\nwith Abtech Technologies to include all applicable sales tax to complete the\npurchase for the virtual server infrastructure equipment and_ increase\nappropriations in the ARPA Fund by the same amount.
