City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a Property 24-388\nUse Agreement with Cellco Partnership, doing business as\nVerizon Wireless to use a portion of City-owned real\nproperty at Lake Park for telecommunications purposes, for\na total revenue of $913,076 for a 15-year period; and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the agreement upon\nreceipt of all supporting documents.
