Approve of an Exclusive Authorization to Sell Agreement with Kosmont\nRealty to facilitate the listing, marketing and sale of four Surplus Land\nproperties\nRECOMMENDATION:\nApprove the Exclusive Authorization to sell Agreement with Kosmont\nRealty to facilitate the listing, marketing and sale of four Surplus Land\nproperties (“Properties”) located at:\nLocation APN Number\nCorona Ave & Second Street 125-160-006\nSierra Ave & Smokewood Drive 127-220-041\nParkridge Ave & Second Street 129-180-005\nAcacia Ave 130-162-039\nKosmont Realty will sell the Surplus land in compliance with the Surplus\nLand Act (“SLA”), AB 1486, at a 6% commission, which will cover both the\nseller’s and buyer’s agents’ and brokers’ fees, or a minimum commission\namount of $25,000 per property, whichever is greater.
