G. AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF JURUPA VALLEY AND\nSTORM WATER INSPECTION & MAINTENANCE SERVICES INC. FOR\nTHE INSTALLATION OF CERTIFIED FULL CAPTURE SYSTEM\nTRASH TREATMENT CONTROL DEVICES\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council approve the Agreement between\nthe City of Jurupa Valley and Storm Water Inspection & Maintenance\nServices, Inc. (“SWIMS”), for an amount not to exceed $268,650.00 and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the agreement in substantially the\nform and format attached and as approved by the City Attorney.\n2. Authorize the Finance Director to make appropriate budget adjustments as\nneeded.
