A point has been reached where, in the opinion of the City Attorney,\nbased on existing facts and circumstances, there is a significant exposure to\nlitigation involving the City based on the letter to Assistant City Attorney Maricela\nMarroquin dated October 7, 2024 from Linda Klein, attorney for Warmington\nResidential with respect to the proposed project at 7586 Jurupa Road, which letter\nis available for public inspection from the Office of the City Clerk.
