D. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS. The City\nCouncil will convene in closed session pursuant to Government Code Section\n54956.8 regarding the acquisition of certain property interests from the real\nproperty located at 5930 Etiwanda Avenue, Jurupa Valley CA. The negotiating\nparties are the City of Jurupa Valley and the property owner, New Hope Transport.\nNegotiators for the City are Rod Butler, Michael Flad, and Amy Sells. Under\nnegotiations are price and terms of the acquisition of the property.\n3. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
