J. Consideration and possible action to approve an agreement with California\nWood Recycling, Inc. (DBA Agromin) to procure compost material pursuant to\nSenate Bill 1383 (Organic Waste). (Hevener)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve a three-year direct service provider agreement\nwith California Wood Recycling, Inc. (DBA Agromin) to procure compost\nmaterial to meet the City’s required Procurement Target under Senate Bill (SB)\n1383; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the direct service provider\nagreement, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
