G. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-5784 APPROVING BLANKET AUTHORITY\nTO FILE APPLICATIONS FOR GRANT FUNDS FOR MEASURE A PROJECTS\nAND PROGRAMS\nThe City Council is requested to adopt a resolution and execute the Measure A\nAnnual Allocations Agreement in order for the City to access the Annual Allocation\nfunds.\nRecommendation:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-5784, which approved blanket authority to file\napplications with the Los Angeles County Regional Park and Open Space\nDistrict (RPOSD) for Measure A Funds for projects and programs; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to conduct all negotiations, and\nto execute and submit all documents including, but not limited to, applications,\nagreements, amendments, payment requests and so forth, which may be\nnecessary for the completion of projects or programs.
