10. Authorization Professional Services Agreement for Design\nServices with David Volz Design Landscape Architects, Inc. for a\nSports Complex Conceptual Plans and Approval of Funding from\nMeasure BP for Design Services\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize a Professional Services Agreement for design\nservices with David Volz Design Landscape Architects, Inc.\nfor a Sports Complex Conceptual Plans; and\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute Agreement; and\n3. Approve Additional Funding from Measure BP Revenue for\nConceptual Plans in the amount of $6,000; and\n4. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate Measure\nBP Funds to cover the cost, create account number and\nmake necessary adjustments to the budget.\nPUBLIC HEARING\nREPORTS OF OFFICERS
