Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Maintenance\nServices Agreement with Environmental Project Services, Inc. for Concrete\nMaintenance Services; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance and Management Services to issue a change\npurchase order in not to exceed amount of $2,000,000.
