CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF THE THIRD AMENDMENT TO AN\nAGREEMENT WITH HDL SOFTWARE, LLC FOR BUSINESS LICENSE PROCESSING\nSERVICES TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT TERM AND APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Approving the Third Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with HdL\nSoftware, LLC (HdL) for business license processing services through October 31,\n2026;\n2. Approve the appropriation of $122,300 from General Fund to cover the contract\namendment expenses for the extension through October 31, 2025.
