3-E. APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 19 TO J.R. FILANC AGREEMENT FOR EXTENDED\nOVERHEAD COSTS TO THE CENTRALIZED GROUNDWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Approving Change Order No. 19 to Agreement No. 1954-A with J.R. Filanc Construction\nCompany, Inc. for the extended overhead costs; and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.\nCEQA (California Environmental Quality Act):\nThe City reviewed the environmental impacts of the proposed Ordinance pursuant to the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code §§ 21000, et seq. “CEQA”) and the\nregulations promulgated thereunder (14 Cal. Code of Regs. §§ 15000, et seq., the “CEQA\nGuidelines”). CEQA Guidelines §§ 15301 and 15302 exempt this matter from further\nenvironmental review as the proposed action would result in a minor alteration of an existing\npublic structures involving no expansion of use located on the same site with substantially the\nsame purpose and capacity. The proposed work will occur entirely within an existing structure.\nAccordingly, no further environmental review is required.
