EQUIPMENT IN THE NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF\n$60,000.\nComment: Staff recommends City Council waive the bidding requirements as the\nCity is utilizing the SourceWell bid process and approve a purchase order in the\namount of $131,203.22 to National Auto Fleet Group for the purchase of specified\nPolice Department replacement vehicles and authorize the City Manager to approve\npurchase orders to various vendors for the necessary hardware, software, and\nrelated equipment in the not-to-exceed amount of $60,000.
