7. CONSIDERATION OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH EVERGREEN\nSOLUTIONS, LLC FOR CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION STUDY SERVICES\nOF THE CITY'S CITYWIDE CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION PLAN\nConsideration of Professional Services Agreement to assist the City with a classification and\ncompensation study plan.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff’s recommendation that the City Council to:\n1. Adopt the attached Resolution approving a Professional Services Agreement with Evergreen\nSolutions, LLC in the amount of $42,500 for classification and compensation study of the\nCity’s Citywide Classification and Compensation Plan; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Professional Services Agreement and approve\nchange orders that may be necessary during the study to cover any unforeseen issues in an\namount not to exceed $5,000.
