ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT NUMBER Q-1331936 WITH\nDILIGENT CORPORATION FOR A MEETING AGENDA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM\nApprove Agreement Number Q-1331936 with Diligent Corporation for a Meeting Agenda\nManagement Software for City Council, Successor Agency and Commission meetings.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff's recommendation that the City Council by motion:\n1. Approve the attached resolution; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Agreement Number Q-1331936, approved by the City\nAttorney as to form, with Diligent Corporation for a Meeting Agenda Management Software,\nfor 1 year with the option of 4, 1-year renewals for an agreement not to exceed amount of\n$75,000.00. The first year includes an Annual Subscription Fee of $10,750.00 and a One-\nTime Installation Fee of $1,800.00, bringing the total for Year 1 to $ 12,550. The Annual\nSubscription Fees will increase every year by four percent (4%) on the anniversary of the\nEffective Date.
