4. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT AND\nMAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH IBE DIGITAL (CERTIFIED AUTHORIZED DEALER\nFOR KONICA MINOLTA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS U.S.A., INC.) FOR THE LEASE AND\nMAINTENANCE OF 14 COPIERS\nConsideration of a Resolution approving a lease agreement and a maintenance agreement with\nIBE Digital (Certified Authorized Dealer for Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc.) for the\nlease and maintenance of 14 copiers.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff’s recommendation that the City Council:\n1. Adopt the attached Resolution approving a Lease Agreement and Maintenance Agreement\nwith IBE Digital (Certified Authorized Dealer for Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A.,\nInc.) for the lease and maintenance of 14 copiers for a total amount not to exceed $280,000\nunder Sourcewell Contract #030321-KON; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to extend the Maintenance Agreement for an additional two 1-year\nextensions, should the Sourcewell Contract be extended.\n3
