4J. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ECONOMICS, INC. FOR CONTINUED\nIMPLEMENTATION OF THE SB 1383 EDIBLE FOOD RECOVERY PROGRAM\nAuthorize the Public Works Department to continue to work with EcoNomics, Inc. to\nsupport Buena Park's Edible Food Recovery Program, in compliance with the mandates\nof Senate Bill 1383.\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a professional services agreement with\nEcoNomics, Inc. in the amount of $120,003 for continued assistance in\nimplementing the City's edible food recovery program and related requirements of\nSenate Bill 1383 (SB 1383); 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make\nany necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; and 3) Authorize the City\nManager and City Clerk to execute the agreement.
