ACCEPTANCE OF THE FY 2019 HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM (HSGP)\nAWARD AS A SUB-RECIPIENT THROUGH THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY FIRE\nPROTECTION DISTRICT, OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES.\nRecommended Action:\nAuthorize staff to accept the sub-recipient award of the FY2019 Homeland Security Grant\nProgram (HSGP) in the amount of $12,153 and authorize the expenditure appropriation in the\namount of $12,153 to account number 225.225.227.08.813 for the initial procurement of the listed\nequipment. The City Council finds the adoption of this ordinance is exempt from review under the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act because it relates to an administrative matter per CEQA\nGuidelines, 14 Cal. Code of Regulations, Section 15061(b)(3) and 15378(b)(5).
