Award a two-year agreement with Marx Okubo Associates, Inc. for a total\nnot-to-exceed amount of $97,958.56 for Professional Property\nCondition Assessments; and authorize the City Manager to execute\ncontracts in conformance with the attached Agreement funded\nthrough Facilities Maintenance (Fund 7310);\n2. Authorize the issuance of purchase orders to Marx Okubo Associates, Inc.\nfor the completion of Property Condition Assessment Services subject\nto funds available in the City Council approved Operating Budget; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the agreement\nand any subsequent amendments, subject to the approval of the City\nAttorney, in accordance with approved terms of the agreement.

Approve the Funding Agreement between the County of Riverside on\nbehalf of the Department of Waste Resources and the City of Moreno\nValley for the Badlands Landfill Integrated Project;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Funding Agreement in\nsubstantially conformance with the form attached hereto;\n3. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to approve any\nminor changes that may be requested by County of Riverside or the\nCity, subject to the approval of the City Attorney;\n4. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute any\nfuture amendments to the Funding Agreement subject to the approval\nof the City Attorney; and\n5. Authorize the issuance of a Purchase Order to ICF Consulting, L.L.C.,\nin the amount of $229,475.00 when the agreement has been signed\nby all parties using the Sustainable Transportation Planning Grant\nfund; and\n3. Authorize the Public Works Director to execute any subsequent related\namendments to the Agreement with ICF Consulting, L.L.C., not to\nexceed the grant amount of $250,000.00, subject to the approval by\nthe City Attorney.
