Approve Change Order No. 1 to Contract HA45140 with\nJacobsson Engineering Construction, Inc., for the furnishing and\ninstallation of 10 carports at One Quail Place in the amount of\n$601,000.\n2. Authorize additional 10% contingency in the amount of $60,100 for\nunforeseen conditions.\n3. Appropriate $661,100 to Account Number No. 8714195-4331100\nfrom the Housing Authority’s Committed Reserve Funds.\n4. Approve the award of contract for Affordable Housing Compliance\nand Property Management Services for the Authority-owned\nProperties to Falkenberg/Gilliam and Associates, Inc., for a five (5)\nyear term, with an initial cost for calendar year 2024 in an amount\nnot to exceed $655,032 with prescribed allowable increases for\nsubsequent years as noted in the contract.\n2. Award a contract to Sports Facilities Management, Inc., for the\nmanagement and operations of the Palm Desert Aquatic Center\n(PDAC) for a term of five years (plus five 1-year extensions) in the\nannual fee of $264,000 in Year 1 and a 5% increase each year in\nYears 2-5.\n2. Authorize appropriation to Palm Desert Aquatic Center Operational\nAccount No. 2424549-4309300 in the amount of $93,500.\n3. Authorize transfer from Unobligated General Fund Reserves in the\namount of $93,500 to Palm Desert Aquatic Center to facilitate the\ncontract increase.\n4.
