Authorize the City Manager to submit an application to the Riverside County\nDepartment of Housing and Workforce Solutions (HWS) for a Community\nDevelopment Block Grant (CDBG) allocation for the Sallee Park Playground\nImprovement Project;\n2. Approve and Authorize the City Manager to submit a CDBG application for the\nVoices for Children Riverside County Court Appointed Special Advocate Project\nfor the requested amount of $10,000, subject to the conditions of the CDBG\nprogram as provided by the Riverside County Department of Housing and\nWorkforce Solutions program; and,\n3.
