2)\nCONSIDERATION OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) WITH COVINA\nVALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (CVUSD) FOR ONE SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICER\nAT SOUTH HILLS HIGH SCHOOL, INCLUDING COST-SHARING FOR CROSSING GUARD\nSERVICES\nIt is recommended that the City Council authorize the Acting City Manager execute a new\nfive-year Memorandum of Understanding with the Covina Valley Unified School District (CVUSD)\nfor the School Resource Officer Program at South Hills High School and cost-sharing for\ncrossing guard services.

3)\nCONSIDERATION OF PURCHASE OF POLICE VEHICLES\nIt is recommended that the City Council authorize the purchase of ten (10) Dodge Durango Patrol\nvehicles and two (2) Chevrolet Trax CSO (Community Service Officer) vehicles, from National\nAuto Fleet Group through Sourcewell Master Vehicle Contract # 091521-NAF, for a total of\n$621,028.62, including taxes and fees, using previously budgeted federal asset forfeiture funds.\nEND OF CONSENT CALENDAR

4)\nCONSIDERATION OF CENSURE OF COUNCIL MEMBER BRIAN GUTIERREZ\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Provide direction to staff regarding a censure hearing relating to Council Member Brian\nGutierrez in response to the complaint submitted by Mayor Pro Tem Lopez-Viado.\n2. If the Council directs that a censure hearing be held, schedule the hearing for a regular or\nspecial meeting on a future date.\n3. Direct that the Acting City Manager serve as the presiding officer of any censure.\n4. Authorize the Acting City Manager to engage Buchalter APC as special counsel to\nrepresent the City in the Doe v.
