2) CONSIDERATION OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) WITH COVINA VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (CVUSD) FOR ONE SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICER AT SOUTH HILLS HIGH SCHOOL, INCLUDING COST-SHARING FOR CROSSING GUARD SERVICES It is recommended that the City Council authorize the Acting City Manager execute a new five-year Memorandum of Understanding with the Covina Valley Unified School District (CVUSD) for the School Resource Officer Program at South Hills High School and cost-sharing for crossing guard services.
