7) CONSIDERATION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN FIRE RECOVERY USA AND THE CITY OF WEST COVINA FOR INSPECTION AND PERMIT BILLING SERVICES It is recommended that the City Council authorize the Acting City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Fire Recovery USA, LLC for inspection and permit billing services for a five-year term, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
