I. NOTICE OF COMPLETION - CYPRUS SHORE SEWER LINING Staff Recommendation 1. Accept the Cyprus Shore Sewer Lining, from the contractor, Sancon Technologies, Inc., Project No. 12209. 2. Authorize the Utilities Director to execute, and the City Clerk to record, the Notice of Completion for the Cyprus Shore Sewer Lining. 3. Authorize the City Clerk to release the Payment Bond 35 days from the recordation of the Notice of Completion upon verification with the Utilities Department that no liens have been levied against the contractor, Sancon Technologies, Inc.
