5.5 Request to Designate the Tet Parade as a City-Sanctioned Community Event. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council consider Mayor Nguyen’s request to designate the Tet Parade as a City-sanctioned event and provide direction to staff regarding the planning of the next Tet Parade.
