F. CONTRACT AMENDMENT - LEGISLATIVE ADVOCACY SERVICES Staff Recommendation Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 2 to Contract C21-09, by and between the City of San Clemente and Aprea and Micheli, providing for Legislative Advocacy Services. This amendment extends the contract term date to March 31, 2024, and increases the not to exceed contract amount from $360,000 to $480,000 (an increase of $120,000), plus approved expenses.
