6. Grant Contracts between the City of Walnut and State Department of Parks and Recreation regarding Proposition 68 Per Capita Grant Funds for the Ashley Park Renovation Project Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Approve Proposition 68 (Prop 68) Per Capita Grant Contracts No. C9801356 and No. C9802153 between the City of Walnut and State Department of Parks and Recreation for the Ashley Park Renovation Project totaling $196,624; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the contracts on behalf of the City in substantially the form attached and all implementing documents including those required for issuance of reimbursement in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
