C. APPOINTMENT OF BURKE, WILLIAMS AND SORENSEN TO PROVIDE CITY ATTORNEY SERVICES TO THE CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE Staff Recommendation 1. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C23-14, by and between the City of San Clemente and Burke, Williams and Sorensen LLP, providing for legal services for the City of San Clemente. 2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to administer an immediate work transition between Best, Best and Krieger and Burke, Williams and Sorensen LLP and to present a longer term transition plan to the City Council at a future date.
