CONTRACT AMENDMENT - AS-NEEDED BUILDING PLAN CHECK SERVICES Staff Recommendation Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 6 to Contract AC-826, by and between the City of San Clemente and West Coast Code Consultants, providing as-needed plan check services. This amendment increases the contract amount from $385,000 to $485,000 (an increase of $100,000).
