H. Consideration and possible action to award a professional services agreement to Transtech Engineering, Inc. for City-wide traffic project management services. (Lo) Recommendation: 1) Award a professional services agreement to Transtech Engineering, Inc. for City-wide traffic project management, review, administration, and support services in the amount of $150,000 until June 30, 2024; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.
