Item No. 28. 2023-0335 CONSIDER AWARDING A PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE CONTRACT TO SWAYZER CORPORATION TO PROVIDE MEDIAN LANDSCAPING SERVICES Recommendation: 1. AWARD and APPROVE the proposed contract with Swayzer Corporation to provide median landscaping services in an amount not-to-exceed $60,000 (Exhibit 1). 2. AUTHORIZE Mayor to execute the Agreement following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
