CALIFORNIA ENERGY COMMISSION CALIFORNIA AUTOMATED PERMIT PROCESSING (CALAPP) PROGRAM GRANT It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Adopting a resolution retroactively authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to apply for, receive, and appropriate grant funds for the California Energy Commission’s California Automated Permit Processing (CalAPP) Program Grant; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
