2) CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSITION A EXCHANGE WITH FOOTHILL TRANSIT It is recommended that the City Council approve the following: It is recommended that the City Council approve the following: 1. Exchange of $2,500,000 in Proposition A Local Return funds for $1,875,000 in general funds with Foothill Transit; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Assignment Agreement with Foothill Transit, in substantially the form as attached and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
