City Council: Approval of Amendment 1 to the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Tory Walker Engineering, in the amount of $110,000 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $560,000, for as-needed stormwater and water quality plan review; approval of Amendment 1 to the PSA with Geopacifica, Inc., in the amount of $50,000 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $500,000, for as-needed geotechnical engineering services; appropriation of $160,000; and authorization for the City Manager to execute the amendments
