5. Resolution No. 23-28 – Approving Participation in the Los Angeles Urban County Program Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-28, approving the City of Walnut’s participation in the Los Angeles County Program and receiving Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Cooperation Agreement and any related documents necessary, for participation in the Los Angeles Urban County Program on behalf of the City.
