6.3 Introduce for First Reading an Ordinance Repealing Section 2.04.130 (Public Official and Employee Interactions) of the Westminster Municipal Code and Resolution No. 5076 (Prior Policy Governing Public Official & Employee Interactions). RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council consider the first reading of an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA, REPEALING SECTION 2.04.130 (PUBLIC OFFICIAL AND EMPLOYEE INTERACTIONS) CHAPTER 2.04 (CITY COUNCIL) TO TITLE 2 (ADMINISTRATION AND PERSONNEL) OF THE WESTMINSTER MUNICIPAL CODE AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 5076,” read by title only and waive further reading.
