3-A. GOODVIEWS ABATEMENT PROJECT (GAP) NOTICE OF COMPLETION; TERMINATION OF LOCAL EMERGENCY GOVERNING THE GAP It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Receiving and filing the notice of completion for the GAP (2) Adopting a resolution terminating the local emergency governing the GAP; and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
