Noble in the amount of $4,137,704.00 for the Banning Avenue Street Improvements, CC-1711. Recommended Action: A) Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid submitted by RJ Noble in the amount of $4,137,704.00 (Base Bid + Additive Alternative D); and B) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a construction contract in a form approved by the City Attorney.
