8. Resolution No. 23-43 – Approval of Creekside Park Deed Restriction Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-43; approving Creekside Park Deed Restriction; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all applicable grant documents on behalf of the City in substantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
