7. Resolution No. 23-42 – Approval of Ashley Park Deed Restriction Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-42, approving Ashley Park Deed Restriction; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all applicable deed restriction documents on behalf of the City in substantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
