3-C. CALIFORNIA LIBRARY LITERACY SERVICES (CLLS) ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE (ESL) GRANT FISCAL YEAR 2023/2024 It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Accepting $34,976 in California Library Literacy Services grant funding for Library English as a Second Language Programming; (2) Appropriating the $34,976 funding into the 2023-24 Fiscal Year budget; and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
