3-J. CLEAN CALIFORNIA LOCAL GRANT PROGRAM It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Adopting a resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to apply for, receive, and appropriate grant funds for the Clean California Local Grant Program; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
