WAIVE FURTHER READING AND ADOPT AN ORDINANCE ADDING CHAPTER 21.55 ENTITLED “FIREARM PROTECTION ZONE” TO THE MONTEREY PARK MUNICIPAL CODE It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Waiving the second reading and adopting the proposed ordinance; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
