3.6 Approval of Agreement with Soundskilz, Inc. and Authorization of a Purchase Order to Provide Special Event Coordination Services for the “Taste of Westminster.” RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council: A. Approve the professional services agreement with Soundskilz, Inc. to provide special event coordination services for the “Taste of Westminster” for Fiscal Year 2023-24; and B. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney; and C. Authorize the corresponding Purchase Order in an amount not to exceed $177,500 for Soundskilz, Inc. for Fiscal Year 2023-24. ROUTINE MATTERS
