15.d FISCAL YEAR 2022-23 FINANCIAL UPDATE, CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION 2023- 63 RATIFYING PREVIOUS ACTIONS OF THE CITY COUNCIL IN RELATION TO THE FY 2022-23 BUDGET, AND CONSIDERATION OF AN ADDITIONAL AMENDMENT TO THE FY 2022-23 BUDGET. (0330-30) Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council receive and file the preliminary financial update report and adopt Resolution 2023-63 ratifying and consolidating previous actions of the City Council related to the City of Imperial Beach Budget and approving additional amendments to the FY 2022-23 Budget.
