Consideration for Approval of an Amendment to the Executed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG) Participating in the Regional Food Recovery Program It is Staff's recommendation that the City Council: 1. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute Amendment No. 1 of the MOA between the City of Baldwin Park and the SGVCOG to participate in the Regional Food Recovery Program Expansion; and 2.
