3-E. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT/ADVISORY SERVICES BY CHANDLER ASSET MANAGEMENT It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute an agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with Chandler Asset Management for providing investment advisory services for three years with two optional one-year extensions (maximum 5-year contract term); and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
