WAIVE FURTHER READING AND ADOPT ZONING CODE AMENDMENT NO. 22-01 (ZCA- 22-01), AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MONTEREY PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, CHAPTER 21.19, ENTITLED “INCLUSIONARY HOUSING” TO IMPLEMENT THE MONTEREY PARK HOUSING ELEMENT It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Waiving the second reading and adopting the proposed ordinance; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
