30. Agreement between the City of Hawthorne and Roadline Products Inc. and Pacific Products & Services LLC. for the Supply of Traffic Signs and Associated Sign Installation Hardware on an as needed basis. RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve agreement with Roadline Products Inc. as the primary service provider on an as needed basis and Pacific Products and Services LLC as an alternate and authorize the City Manager or his designee to enter into and execute the agreements.
